Application
The electric adjustment butterfly valve is a type of electric valve and electric control valve. The main connection methods are: flange type and wafer type, which are important execution units in the field of industrial automation control. Two major points for installation of electric adjustment butterfly valve: installation position, height, and inlet and outlet direction must meet the design requirements. Note that the direction of media flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body, and the connection should be firm and tight. The electric adjustment butterfly valve must be inspected before installation. The nameplate of the valve should comply with the current national standard "General Valve Mark" GB12220.

Strength
The valve stem is a through-rod structure. After quenching and tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance. When the butterfly valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates and does not perform lifting operation. The packing of the valve stem is not easy to be broken and the sealing is reliable. It is fixed with the cone pin of the butterfly plate, and the overhanging end is designed to prevent the punch-out type, so as to prevent the valve stem from collapsing when the valve stem and the butterfly plate are accidentally broken.
